Nit: remove commented out code.
Did you have to fix *all* those locations in jim.c?
If only some of those were necessary, then I would like to have those
split out into a separate commit.

$ CC=arm-linux-gcc ./configure --prefix=/opt/arm-openocd
--build=i686-pc-linux-gnu --host=arm-linux --target
