I'm using apache as proxy server to access the internet. Unfortunately,
rpm still tries to open a real ftp connection for 'ftp://...' urls,
even when a proxy is given.
So i modified the openpkg rpm sources. There are two new settings:
'l_force_httpproxy' and 'l_noproxy'.
