i found what was preventing php in apache src rpm to detect oci8
apache spec have (for unknown reason) a replacement of path lib in lib32
which doesn't exist in php src rpm.
$OCI8_DIR/lib/libclntsh in php src rpm good
$OCI8_DIR/lib32/libclntsh in php/apache rpm bad
