I'm in the process of getting engine_pkcs11 working with
Apache (2.2.17). In order to faciliate that, I needed to

I build the current svn opensc projet with Martin's script :
win32/installer_from_build
It seems that now "libdl.dll" is required by "libltdl-3.dll" but
"libdl.dll" isn't present...
I tryed to see where this requirement now come from... but unfortunatly I
don't see.
