officer pin attempts from 3 to 4; however, the card still becomes
blocked upon the 3rd incorrect entry. The profiles I have modified are:
entersafe.profile and pkcs15.profile.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

--sysprep is not used to seal the image;
the domain can be joined and smart card authentication does work. Has
anybody ever encountered any issue such as this or know what could
possibly be causing this issue?

Hello,
Is the STARCOS SPK 2.3 smart card supported by OpenSC version 12? I
cannot initialize (pkcs15-init -CT) this card with OpenSC version 11.13
but not with version 12. The error message returned is: Security
Status not satisfied

All,
I have one additional concern. With OpenSC version 0.11.13, the Muscle applet
appeared to work just fine. When I tried version 12, OpenSC does not talk to
the Muscle card at all: Unsupported Card. Any words of wisdom?
