Already reported... asepcos works OK, I even did not had to
reinitialize the tok

does opensc in the current svn version still work for you?
can you check if the privdata fix works for the cards you
have?
note: with older versions of opensc you can download
private data with opensc-explorer without entering
the pin, even though it was stored with the private
