The problem with the inventory server has been solved. it was my
fault because I wrote in the GridCommon.ini under Inventory Server
"hhttp://127.0.0.1:8004";
so, ugaim servers + 4 regions on the the same machine runs ... :)

I have had no trouble at all running the MySQL DB, UGAIM, and Regions
all on one machine. It is all in configuring the network addresses,
firewalls, and router correctly.

and UGAIM on the same machine. Although not impossible, running
UGAIM and regions on one machine is not guaranteed to work right.
Your configuration is correct, all sims must run in grid mode.
