nevermind my last post. i'm a dumbass for just skimming the pinned topic on caching. was trying to add the &bpc=1 to my application url when adding it to my profile. adding it as part of the request only works just fine. as a side note, did not have my iframes working properly either. :) On

i don't think it is a server or browser caching issue. i'm serving up my page with my expires header set, browser is not caching it correctly - and my app is still cached by orkut. as a temporary workaround, i'm using iframes in my app. main app page just loads up an iframe to another page, and

Resolved- Do this to persist xml (either to the opensocial persistence store OR thru the gadget _ig_fetch** calls to your server) 1. url encode the query string (esp. turn whitespaces to %20) 2. There is a size limit to the query string (I think its below 1k-I stick to 800 characters). -Sanjay
