App directory is not refreshed yet because of which the image is not

Application Id send by the signed request is different then the application
provided by the javascript APIs for all the orkut applications. For creating
the links etc. use the application id provided by the javascript APIs.

You are absolutely right. Seems like this problem is related to rewrite of
image urls specific to hosting.gmodules.com.

This is entirely separate from content rewriting, and is a known issue
that we'll address, and is specific to hosting.gmodules.com. Please
leave content-rewrite enabled!

Hi Jevs. What is your application? I haven't seen too many
applications missing thumbnails and those that I have seen appear to
specify a bad image location. I'll take a look, however, if you reply
with the name of your app and other apps missing thumbnails. Thanks.

Facebook is a separate platform. It has its own API's.
using Open Social you can write apps for orkut, myspace, ning, friendster,

The apps on orkut sandbox do not go through an approval process. I assume
you have installed the app using the xml url. It asks your permission for
publishing updates and show on profile (right hand side). may be while
installing you had them unchecked.
