Ads are not at all contextual which make less CTR.

Hi all,
I'm a beginner in developing orkut apps.This is my first
application in orkutI added it in my account by its
url and then removed it as it requires changes.Now i'm unable to
add this app by its url...
When trying to do this the issue I face is
'There was an error
Usually I used to get a rejected or approved notice in 2-3 days, but
this case there is no communication from orkut team. I thought of
resubmitting the application - but I get the following error:
