Its not possible to get the profile data of the viewer if the viewer
has not installed the app.
We can investigate further if you provide us more info or pinpoint to
a url, if above mentioned is not the cause.

Thank you for your response, and I wish that was the truth. However
it seems that all Orkut-only users trying to login into sandbox will
be automatically redirected to www.orkut.com instead of
sandbox.orkut.com. I did proceed with your instructions using both
(sandbox and non-sandbox)
Same problem here, redirectioning to orkut.
