Hi, today YouTube videos streams come with only 30 seconds commercial
(why?), is anyone having this trouble too?
Is it possible to jump out of this nothing to add content? Why this
content is not merged into the video to not cause these troubles on
streaming?

the streaming channel, and sometimes (many times) the video streams
are not received.
