One common cause for this error is that the user's profile is configured to
a language/country (locale) that's not declared as supported by the app. In
that case, the user will see the App has not cleared the review process
message when using it.

developer page. They should appear as rejected with a button for
resubmitting without the need to create a new application. Can you give us
an AppID that shows as unknown so we can verify?

We're currently fixing the desconhecido bug and you will soon be able to
resubmit applications.
Yes, we understand that having to resubmit them is inconvenient, and we're
sorry for the trouble, but at this time we don't plan to restore these
applications due to technical limitations.
Also, the bug which made some applications appear in the unknown
(desconhecido) state was also fixed, so you should be able to resubmit
your applications now.

they reference content from sites or hosting services that are reported for
abuse. We recommend you avoid shared hosting for that reason. Whenever
possible, use your own domain to host your content.
