then "playing" with it in the sandbox) a simple
hello wrold application, it won't be approved right? because it is not
"worthy" ? Do I understand correctly?

After you have tested your app, you need to submit it to Google for
review. If you scroll it the bottom of the App directory in Orkut.com,
you will find a link to submit your app xml and wai :)
