No incompatibilities are introduced by this upgrade.
The upgrade is required because of the following reasons:
1. A number of bugs addressed in esp-gs-8.15 have been being fixed in
ghostscript-8.64
2. Evince needing libgs.so
For this integration we need micro binding.
