These should all be integrated into later builds as well by now, but I don't
know of a way to get just these fixes and not all the others that went into
those later builds.

Could someone please give me a tar ball of ON sources which have successfully
compiled and booted off on an i386 machine? I will be really grateful if it
could be made available at an ftp location. My compilations so far have not
yielded a successful boot.
