I have to edit /etc/vfstab twice, before step 2. and after step 5. I will file a bug. Basically, the swap -d doesn't remove the swap entry from vfstab, and then we get in to trouble from there. 1 question, why do you have to remove the entry again after step 5? In step 5 I edit
