Yes, it's a silly bug.
To fix this, just execute:
inetadm -m /application/x11/xvnc-inetd exec="/usr/X11/bin/Xvnc -inetd -query
localhost -once securitytypes=none -kb"
svcadm restart xvnc-inetd
This will just add "-kb" to the exec command and disable the X Keyboard
Extension.
So it works again.
