iostat -xtc and iostat commands shows me that the system in iowait

Hi can I use ipf in Solaris 10 zones? I have used ipfstat in a zone
and got following error which is a clear indication that I have to use
additional steps for enabling ipf in Zones:
open(IPSTATE_NAME): No such file or directory

How can I fix i/o to invalid geometry error on my Solaris system. I
have 2 disk mirrored system and 1 disk gives that error. But if I
choose the right geometry for that disk in format command I can see
the disk partition layout like:
