If you are going to support 1000-2000 clients, then you should consider Solaris 10 and not OpenSolaris. OpenSolaris is not that stable as S10 is. For production S10 is recommended. I advice you to not use OpenSolaris for 1000-2000 users, but S10 instead. -- This message posted from opensolaris.
