I've been having a similar problem on my build 28 Tecra M2 laptop. However, I
only have this problem when my external USB drive is plugged in and mostly
occurs when it is getting hammered.
Would that happen to be a USB CD drive you have?

no i dont have a USB cdrom
but when it stoped i cant even restart it or do anything
the only solution is to unplug the power
i dont think this is the best solution
