all were allright but not great, especially the fonts and network
configuration.
Now I am running opensolaris SXDE_nv73 and must admit that it is GREAT. the
default look is great, the fonts are awesome ...

I tried a google search and it seems that the drivers exists for Solaris 8. I
didn't search any further .
Try searching a bit further and surely you'll find the driver.

Hi,
I had once that on one of my servers and on my laptop.
On the server side the resolution was to upgrade the firmware of the scsi
controller.
On the laptop I had to reinstall grub. Set the Solaris partition as active and
install the grub with the option [b]-m[/b] to be installed into the MBR
