When I try to create an account or a container, swift-proxy gives me a

Currently, I'm running all nodes as VMs (everything is Ubuntu 14.04.2 -
64-bit - Minimum Installation), to test it.
Where:
1- Physical Host with KVM - 4 physical ethernets - 32G of RAM;
1- VM with Juno Controller - 1 ethernet VirtIO - 4G;

We're currently experimenting an error that's it's pretty weird, the reason
it's that with another user same base image and same flavor we can resize
the instance but with another user with the same base image we cannot with
