Incase you are using the Openstack kilo version try the below command, it
should work.
Create the admin user:
$ openstack user create --password-prompt admin
User Password:
Repeat User Password:
You may refer the below OpenStack kilo link.
Please check your Keystone endpoint it should be 35357 you have 335357.

The nova database if you have tried multiple times and made changes it would
not sync and hence the service shows down.
I have tested myself. However when you drop nova database, recreate, restart
services and then sync it worked for me with : ) ‘s.

You have to unset the service service token and service endpoint.
Use the keystone - -os command to authenticate admin. Create admin associate
this user, role and service.

I did check the attached doc. I find that the keystone is not associated
properly with the role.
You can try to unset and then keystone token-get, after which try executing the
keystone commands by sourcing from the file.

Please try creating tenants and login as a different user say demo and try it
should work. You can also configure in horizon dashboard settings file(local
