I have installed Beta 4 without errors or problems and I am wondering
how updates are being done now. Do we still set an installation
source (repository) and update, or is there another way? Please be
sympathetic ;) I am new to this and trying to learn. I did updates
in previous version

There are two kinds of updates on SuSE.
1) Security updates, handled with YOU
2) Updating to unsupported ("unstable") o
Well the reason I ask (and this could be a bug I suppose). I went
and added the ftp respositories to installation source, and it
verified and said it was okay, but the second I chose okay and it
closed, I would immediately go back in, and it had disappeared. That
