We plan to replace rhythmbox from the default GNOME pattern (meaning it
goes from the LiveCD and default GNOME installation from the DVD) by
gnome-music. The latter is a core GNOME3 application now, it works well
and fits in better within the GNOME3 desktop (granted, this is a
subjective claim)
I've been using Polari since it was released a while back and still use
it. I think we should replace Xchat with Polari as default. It's
prettier, simpler, and more in line with the GNOME design philosophy.
Also, it's quite thoroughly functional and I've had absolutely no
