I need some kind of repository (ies) for the openSUSE multimedia/video
team.
* one, private, to store the working parts (sound tracks in any
langage, original mpg file for videos, photos/screen shots), all the
parts that we need to make our final work.
* one, public, to store medias in
If I may suggest, use the new artwork repo, create folders in it that
should be enough at gitorious. That can help you for the pvt type
For the pubic part, we have a youtube channel too

I don't think a git repository is a good place to share large binary video data,

as you always have to download the complete repository when cloning.
