avahi-autoipd -- doesn't depend on DBUS at all, it's the only DBUS "don't care".
libavahi, avahi-daemon, avahi-dnsconfd -- can be DBUS-enabled or not.
avahi-utils, libavahi-client -- these require DBUS.
