Parallel Query Server died

Dear all DBAs,   What should i check for this error? "ORA-12805: parallel query server died unexpectedly"   The SQL statement was running well before. There's nothing in the alert log about this error.   I'm using Oracle 8.1.6 on Redhat 7.2.   Thanks and have a nice day.

2 IPs on same machine
