I usually mix two grades of bark. In this case I would use medium and fine,

large-grade bark mix. I assume that I can repot it in the fine grade
mix like other paphs. Is this correct? Or does it like to dry out a
bit more than typical paphs?

1- Why wasn't the procedure used by the Nominating Committee questioned
until now? There have been previous instances of the Committee proposing
one of their own and no one complained. Also can you point to verifiable
instances of malfeascen on the part of the comm
