yet and they have also changed the source of the dtd in
proposed final draft.

The error was actually reported to be in server.xml, so it never got
to validating the ejb-jar.xml.

I got the same error and couldn't figure it out.
In mine, the line number that was flagged with
an error is greater than the number of lines in
my server.xml.
