@Maulvi, Hmm... seems like almost all of their mirrors is not up to date. The last updates on a lot of the distro's mirrors was until August or October of 2010 only Anyway, I do not believe they don't know how to rsync, coz they able to rsync it at the begining, it means they do know how to do

Centos does already have support for "apt-get".. You need a Centos repository with support for "apt-get" though.. I used to have local-internal (read @home) mirror which I maintained using "mrepo" managed repository which generates yum and apt support capable repositories. http://dag.wieers.com/
