Dear Ilse, Your message made me think of an event where we really had made a big effort to find the right theme. But during the event about half the participants self-organised in groups that were not on the agenda - there was clearlily another priority there that the planning group had not seen.

Hi Ms. Ilse -- I have had several OSs where the members of the corporation or the students were required to be there. Of course I would have not preferred it to be that way but in these instances that was just the way it was. Everything always went well. Many of the participants either get invo
