I did a lot of trainings starting 1995 after my TOT course in JHU,
Baltimore, US. And I do thinkg people need trainings and many other tools
for learning and what I love best - is learning by doing, as training looks
like reading many books... wh

If you have one person in a group who can write, that person writes the
points which the group agrees are important, using a simple one-page report
form.
A clipboard or pad to hold the paper and a black pen that writes with a bold,
clear line makes it easier.
