Hello Christine, I second the suggestion given by Koos. What I tend to do in short OS, is to provide a one-page template for groups to write their reports on. They receive this at the start of their sessions, and it really is limited to basic information: title of the session, people who joine

Hi Christine, You are right, a slot for typing reports will kill the energy. It is my experience that in short OS meetings, people will not take the time to sit down at a computer to write reports outside of sessions. The time is so short that they want to use every minute of it to be in conv
