Since It replaced my maps to my SDcard,
the voiceguidance doesn't seem to work anymore...

Yes, you can back up your favourites, tracks etc etc by uploading to
Dropbox/Drive or copying to laptop etc but navigation settings, quick
action etc etc are not straightforward. Like Majka, with rooted devices I
usually backup using Titanium. If need to reinstall for some reason I

PS Just a thought. Do you have an external SD installed with your maps
stored on it? If so OsmAnd+ will have created an empty folder on your
internal storage & then create a new folder on the external SD where the
maps, favourites & tracks etc are stored. You are probably looking in the

What's the problem? I am able to select a gpx track (in "My Places>My
Tracks") then press the 3 dot menu next to desired track & share to
anything such as Gmail, Dropbox, Drive etc. If you can't do that use a
file explorer (download on from Play Store if your phone doesn't have one),

I don't wish to seem impatient or disrespectful, but being unable to
transfer track files out of my phone renders
OsmAnd+ 2.6.5 on an HTC One M9, when opening the 'Download Maps' screen,
shows the progress checking available maps, does not list any maps
available. Only voice prompts are listed. The installed maps do appear on
the 'Local' tab, but there are no updates.
The same version works on my Samsung ta
I have tried the media re.scan app and it does the job, so thanks very much.
I don't think I need investigate the Wifi and FTP solutions. Plugging it
into my USB hub takes next to no time, and I just tell it to connect and it
does so to my linux system quickly and easliy.

in the /data/data folder, usually not available for you unless rooted. If
