our customer wanna
see the status of their tickets (status, what was done and so one), but
they shouldn't have to login to the otrs.
Is there something
in the system or in your pipe or must we develop something
?

find is this:

Any ideas as to why when i try going to the admin login page in a
browser it automatically tries downloading index.pl instead of serving
the page, and how i can fix this? customer login works just fine..
