Hello all,
I've successfully installed OTRS 1.1.3 on a SuSE 7.3 Linux with Apache
1.3, but when I login as admin or normal user, I don't see the icons of
Logout, QueueView PhoneView Utilities Preferences Stats, etc.
Some Idea?

as i usually want to have the quote appear on the bottom of the mail, and
