Hi Folks,
First up - big thanks for OTRS - we are using it for product support at
www.thecortex.net and it's a godsend!
Today we had a mail arrive and get put into state 'removed'
automatically by OTRS. Can someone tell me how this happened, and how I
can stop it? See the ticket history below.

Hi,
Occasionally we receive e-mails that are BCC'ed to us. Since there is no
valid "To:" or "Cc:" OTRS cannot determine the correct queue and puts the
message in the Raw queue.
Looking at the headers, we see this:
Received: from example.com (mail.example.com [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]) by

I am wondering if anyone has worked on integrating Bugzilla (or another bug
tracking system) tightly with OTRS. OTRS is great for customer care and
help desk, but I'd like something more amenable to tracking bugs when things
get down to that level.
Has anyone worked on this idea? Am I missing so
I've come across a situation that I think might be a good feature:
I had a user call me and ask to change their email address. Happens pretty
often. I went into the admin section and updated it. But I noticed that
their old tickets (status: closed) and even their newer tickets (status:
open) we

Hi all,
I think this is a bug but before post it in the bugzilla, I would
like to know if it is not a bug in my brain.
I have users in a group R&D. A queue "Equipe R&D" who is associated to
the R&D group.
I try to Phone View or Compose Email. I select a customer from my LDAP
and I take it. I

changes take effect?

Ups - for sure you want a

Hi,
Is there a way I can
remove / disable the (request new password) option from the Admin Login
page?
The thing is that I
am interested in administrating the passwords in a central way and therefore I
don't want users or agents to request new passwords
themselves.
