[otrs] Reminders every 2 hours?!?

Is there any way Working Hours can be set?!? Then when I log in of a morning, I get 10 reminders for every two hours since I logged off. Had 2 days holiday, had 120 Reminder emails waiting for me. Apologies if there is already an option for this, and I'm just being thick!! :-) Regards doug
