Hello, I would like to have Free Fields end Free Text in the close tab of the ticket. Is it possible? I've tried to copy part of AgentFreeText.dtl in the AgentClose.dtl but it doesn't work. is it necessary to tweak the index.pl file? Any solutions? Thanks in advance for your help. Denis _

[otrs] Reminders every 2 hours?!?

Is there any way Working Hours can be set?!? Then when I log in of a morning, I get 10 reminders for every two hours since I logged off. Had 2 days holiday, had 120 Reminder emails waiting for me. Apologies if there is already an option for this, and I'm just being thick!! :-) Regards doug
