We're currently using the DateChecksum module to generate ticket

see any reason for the date or the checksum in the ticket number, I
changed the Random module to generate random _hex_ numbers, 8 digits

Does anyone know what I might have done to loose access to the AdminArea tab
in OTRS. I can't do any administrative functions and can only create
tickets. How do I regain admin access?

Title: Ticket consolidation
Is there an easy way to consolidate or link tickets? The best solution would be a feature that allows a "master" ticket to be reassigned and attached to another ticket.
