How do I trouble shoot this problem...? I can navigate through OTRS just fine, pull up tickets and otherwise interact with the server. Then I try to reply to a ticket and when I press "Send mail!", my browser sits forever at "Contacting support.automaticduck.com" Safari eventually times out, oth
