Yes. I don’t remember the exact
code, but look through defaults.pm for “customerownselectionpanel”
or something like that. You can define the queues you want them to see there.

I am trying to
restrict items that the customer can set and see such as owner, priority, all
queues and status. I've managed to remove the right-hand bar from the
