Hi Folks, On our system, once the pending time for a ticket is reached, OTRS keeps reminding the Ticket Agent by emailing him of the fact that a ticket has reached its reminder time. Every two hours!! How do I change this to just the once, or per week? Or failing that, less preferably, how do I

Hi people, I just did an experimental upgrade from otrs 1.2.x to 1.3.2 and now the customers aren't assigned to the tickets anymore. I did add some extra fields but even when disabling these I still can't see the list of customers in the customeruser panel. When I create a new ticket I can search

Hello, I have an Extension to this Question: Is it possible to turn all different Languages except - lets say - two off, means that the User cannot change to this Language ? "Customizing" some of the Dialogs in _every_ different Language cant be the deal when i am only in need of two, isnt it ?
