Hi,
I have installed OTRS without installing GD. I read in the manual that
you cannot generate the graphs without GD, which makes perfect sense.
However, I am not able to get even the text-based or CSV version of the
stats to generate. Is this normal behavior? Or do I need to do something
wrong
Hi Chris,
We are having the same problem at my work with the exact same setup (OTRS
1.3.1, using file system for attachments, win2k). Did you end up solving
the problem?
Cheers

with several messages, I get errors when using the bulk feature. In my "locked"
tickets, when clicking on some tickets and then on bulk action, it says that I
have to select mininum 1 ticket first. But I HAVE selected at least one
ticket!! I tried several tickets, some work, most do NOT work!!
We are deploying OTRS 1.2.3
Do you support or when will you support Greek Language?
What are the requirements?
We are deploying OTRS in Greece and this is very essential.
Thanks

When I respond to a mail, I have the pending date at the end. However, the
pending date is MM DD - hh:mm
but I want to have it DD MM as I had it in the previous version.
How can I do this? Where do I have the edit?
thanks,
marc
