I never could get it to work with mod_perl. Not an OTRS problem, but apache I

I want all outgoing messages to replace the normal from: address with
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and leave the reply-to address as the otrs
address that it normally has as the from.

What version are you installing? Linux, Win etc. Also you have to edit the
config.pm file in the kernel folder to your needs. Users don't need to register
to send tickets (Keep reading). BTW, I installed OTRS on a window 2000 box and
used edit plus to edit the files.

beantwortet standardmäßig auf Ja setzen?
Hab leider keine Möglichkeit in den Konfigurationsdateien oder im Agent-Bereich

Debian/Sarge installiert. Es funktioniert auch soweit alles.
Nun will ich, das ausgehende Mails automatisch mit pgp signiert werden.
