to send tickets (Keep reading). BTW, I installed OTRS on a window 2000 box and
used edit plus to edit the files.

I made these changes in an effort to get what I wanted (the reply-to
address) but it didn't seem to change anything in the way that otrs
sends the messages. Any ideas?
I'm only including the header lines and the a couple of lines on each
side of what I changed.

Do you think you could send me that patched GenericAgent.pm? I'm on
Suse 9.1 rpm install. I posted my revision level to the list yesterday.

Everytime I go to the OTRS pages, I get the Permission Denied page...

I had the same problem on 9.1 It's because mod_perl isn't installed correctly.
I never could get it to work with mod_perl. Not an OTRS problem, but apache I
think.
