Do we have to modify it for each customer?
- How can several customer have the same customerID automaticaly?
- Is it possible to map it to an LDAP value

I would like to limit the list of queues that are visible in the Change
queue drop down list.
Specifically, is there a way to display only sub-queues of a given queue
in the Change queue drop-down?
