Hello All,
I want to add a Icon[just before New Tickets] in the
Agent Login, and add a url link to the icon.
Can Any body of you tell me, which files to modify to
do this.
Any input regarding the matter is a welcome...

Queue view are attributes of your agent users. They however have to first be in the group that is assigned to the queue. I found it much easier to define my own groups and assign them to the queues, and lastly go back and modify the user in question to specific

I ran into a similar problem and lodged bug 819: http://bugs.otrs.org/

In my case, I was using a different web user (www) to the otrs user
(otrs).
SetPermissions.sh was changing the owner of /opt/otrs to otrs,
instead of www.
Doing
chown www /opt/otrs
Any idea for my problem ? :( I didn't find any solution yet...
