Did you ever get an answer for this, Alexander? I have the same

file from the CMD line. It looks like the tmp file is being kept locked open
as I get the following error message:

Our tickets tend to last numerous days, not just a few hours, so we
have mostly disposed of locking. However, we tend not to have more than
20 - 30 new/open tickets at any one time.
It is nice to see who is working on what ticket.
Is there a way to see the ticket owner in the summary view?
