Out of the blue, our OTRS v2.0.4 started sending error messages when it
tried to receive mail from the POP mailbox.

I need some help please. Somehow when I have logged
into OTRS (via html front end) I have disabled the admin tag. I cannot now
continue setting up otrs. Is it possible that the administrator user can disable
administrative activities. Please help.

Is it possible to retain all the emails that are send to inbox
that the otrs reads.
I want the cron to read the emails and send a copy of the
email to to otrs. At the moment it seems as if it flushes the emails from the
inbox to the otrs

'standard'.
I can't get to users as this is part of the admin operations and this admin
tag I can't see.
