Hi,
we are using OTRS 1.3 with mysql 3.23.37 on a SuSE Linux and today we had a
problem with the server. After reboot we used myisamchk -r *.MYI to check
and repair the DB. Now we can still login, but a click to the QueueView
link brings up this:
Software error:
Can't use an undefined
It seems only I can login, all others are unable to login.
Regards,
Sven

Hello.
Besides copying the working copy of 'Config.pm' to the 'new install'

be copied so the SysConfig settings set in the interface, etc. are
re-applied? e.g. Config/Files others??? Is there documentation for
Hello again.
I copied the Config/Files dir contents from my previous install and my
settings are visible, thank goodness.
Does the Config/GenericAgent.pm get revised by the system, also? Should
this file be copied from the previous version as well? I haven't done
anything with
Hi, I guess we have different versions because I dont have
AgentQueueView.pm - but hopefully this will help anyway.
In Perl you can't use the @ symbol without escaping it, otherwise Perl
thinks it's an array (I had this problem myself). So if you've edited any
Perl files yourself and put in any
Hi, I have a support queue which has auto notifications sent on incoming
tickets. I also have a filter to take messages which have **SPAM** in them
and put them into the Junk folder.

Set - X-OTRS-Queue

This works fine, except that

Ich habe einige

Hallo!
